Lessons from Centenarians and Stigmata: The Mind-Body-Spirit Code of Longevity and Healing

This workshop is based on investigations of two groups of exceptional people: Centenarians (people who live one hundred years or more), and Stigmata (people who manifest Christ-like wounds that trigger spontaneous healings around them). Although centenarians and stigmatics may appear to have little in common, both groups defy the conventional wisdom of modern science: Centenarians live long, healthy lives without the expected “age-related” debilitating illnesses, and stigmatics manifest wounds that do not heal, do not become infected, and do not affect their health. Based on the beliefs centenarians have about life (rather than their genetics), and based on the loving understanding stigmatics have about faith (rather than fear-based religion), Dr. Martinez has developed a mindbody-spirit code of wellness that he teaches worldwide. He explains that cultural and spiritual beliefs affect health and longevity because of how the immune system responds to our thoughts and emotions. In this two-topic workshop participants will learn, from scientific evidence, how to defy the myths of ageing, and how faith, with joyful action, can help overcome illnesses and the low self-worthiness that sabotages abundance of health, love and wealth. This workshop is open to all audiences and it is presented in a balanced didactic and
