Dr. Mario Martinez teaches that to experience a life of abundance without the self-sabotaging restraints of unworthiness we must embrace our greatness. He explains how we learn cultural and spiritual beliefs that deny our grace, view life as a struggle, and question our good fortune. These self-defeating beliefs create obstacles to joy and wellness that appear to come from a harsh world, rather than from our own learned devaluation.

In this workshop you will understand how the abundance of love, health, and wealth, becomes a way of life when you learn to accept good fortune as your birthright. Rather than simplistic wishful thinking and good intentions, Dr. Martinez offers mind-body science solutions for the self-imposed limitations that we create from fear-based cultural and spiritual beliefs. This workshop is open to all audiences.

Dr. Martinez is a U.S. clinical psychologist who lectures worldwide on his theory of Biocognition (how cultural and spiritual beliefs affect health and longevity). He specializes in psychoneuroimmunology and has published numerous professional articles on biocognition. In his psychological novel The Man from Autumn, he teaches how the mysterious stigmata can help the health sciences understand how beliefs wound and heal the body. Dr. Martinez has investigated cases of alleged stigmata for the Catholic Church, the BBC and National Geographic.
