WORKSHOP

THE MAN FROM AUTUMN: LIVING LESSONS

Mario E. Martinez, Psy.D.

This workshop explores the concepts and characters introduced in my new psychological novel, The Man From Autumn. Although it is a work of fiction, the book introduces, in an incidental mode, my theory of Biocognitive psychology and it’s applications to relationships, mind-body health, and longevity. The mystical characters in the novel represent archetypal qualities that teach us how to live honorably, and how to accept the abundance of love, wealth, and health as our divine entitlement. The inspiring living lessons from the book are presented with practical applications that can facilitate gradual and lasting change. Although participants are encouraged to read the book, it is not necessary in order to benefit from the material covered. These workshops are designed as a series to cover different themes in the book, but they can be attended without concern for sequence.
